Forms will be available at the Lavallette School office if you do not have a printer. Completed forms can be dropped off at 105 Brooklyn Ave, Lavallette, NJ or emailed . Someone from Lavallette School will contact you after they receive the application to walk you through the next steps and to set up an interview.
